Care Connection draws from a wide pool of skilled and experienced companions, home health aides and nursing assistants. You can feel safe and secure with our companions.
Each companion goes through a careful screening process. In
addition, at least two references are checked to ensure they are
hired based on their utmost sensitivity and knowledge as
caregivers. We also access current health records. Every Care Connection companion is insured and bonded.
Since a large portion of our companions drive cars, they can
easily access all areas of Long Island and the five boroughs.
They can provide incidental transportation to our clients to enable them to maintain their independence and daily schedule or errands, appointments and activities.
Care Connection companions are briefed about the health, dietary needs, interests and hobbies of each client, so that they can encourage the client to take positive steps toward recovery or healing properly. Through this positive interaction, your loved one will receive the attention they deserve, while giving you and other family members peace of mind. If a medical emergency arises, our companion caregivers will contact the designated family member or 911 immediately.
