our service or asking to commence service, our staff knows and understands exactly the questions that they might need answers to, so that we can find just the right companion for our clients.
We establish a thorough profile in-take over the phone and determine what a client’s particular needs might be,
that way we can clearly define whether this is a necessary
service for a particular client. If there is a skilled, nursing
or medical need we would refer this particular inquiry to the
appropriate agency. Most of our inquiries, however, are for
companion services that would work very nicely for the client.

The first step after reviewing our website to learn more about Care Connection and our companion care services, is to call our administrative offices at (516) 409-0006.
You will be placed in touch with one of our friendly, compassionate and experienced care coordinators. Within the initial phone conversation, the care coordinator will answer any questions that you might have about our companions and companion care
services. From there they will ask for basic information about
your loved one so that they can begin to assess the individual
needs pertaining to your situation. This will allow the
coordinator to offer the very best help possible in guiding you
through the process finding a caregiver perfectly suited to you
and your loved one alike.
